Ukraine War: Zelenskyy says Ukraine will not attack Russia

The Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy says his forces are preparing a counteroffensive against Russia – but will not attack Russia on Russia’s territory. Speaking during a news conference with German chancellor Olaf Scholz, Mr Zelenskyy welcomed Berlin’s pledge to provide 2.7 billion euros of military equipment.
